Where is your shop based out of?
A: My shop is based out of a small town in California called Barstow.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped out?
A: Our current processing time is 2-7 days business days.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered after it is shipped?
A: Our primary mail carrier is USPS, which can take 2-7 business days to deliver after it is shipped. Be aware that delivery times also depend on the mail class that you choose.
Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping starts at $13 USD and may increase due to distance/weight.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
A: We try our best to source our crystals through reputable and trust worthy wholesalers. Our vendors include small, family-owned businesses where miners and carvers work in a safe environment with the proper equipment and pay.
Where do your crystals come from?
A: Our vendors are located in the crystal's country of origin. We source all of our crystals from a variety of regions, such as Brazil, Madagascar, China, Mexico, South Africa, India, the USA, and more.
Are your crystals real?
A: All of our crystals are genuine and from the earth! Unless stated otherwise, such as man-made or synthetic stones (example: opalite, goldstone, aura-coated, or heated) which will always be disclosed.
Do you accept refunds, returns, or exchanges?
A: No, but if there is any issues with your order please fill out the contact form.
What are your response times to messages?
A: Please give us up to 72hrs to respond back to your message.
How can I get in contact with you?
A: Please DO NOT contact us through Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook about your order. It is very hard to get through messages on our social medias. For any help please fill out the contact form down below, it is the only way we will be able to respond back.
